Could we see the return of Brenda in the new Scary Movie reboot?
Regina Hall recently sat down with the team at TV Insider to talk about her narrating the Grim Sleeper documentary which will debut on A&E and her fascination with true crime. Grim Sleeper tells the story of serial killer Lonnie Franklin Jr., who terrorized South Central Los Angeles for more than two decades. Franklin was tried, convicted, and sentenced to death in 2016.
Franklin was given the “Grim Sleeper” nickname due to his 14-year absence in between crimes.
In addition to that, she was asked about the new Scary Movie reboot from the Wayan’s brothers and if she could return to reprise her role of Brenda.
“I’m just very excited to know that the Wayans, who actually started the project out of their idea, are back on board and at the helm again. I’m excited for them,” Hall told TV Insider. “We’ll see if Brenda is in this new world. I’m thrilled at the possibility that the band could get back together again. That would be fun. “
