Yamazaki Reveals ‘Godzilla: Minus Zero’ Teaser

It looks as if the King of All Monsters has found us.

Director Takashi Yamazaki, recipient of the 2023 Academy Award for Best Visual Effects for Godzilla Minus One, addressed attendees at CinemaCon to formally present his forthcoming film, Godzilla: Minus Zero.

A teaser of the film, which can be seen below, played for the audience which shows the giant lizard making landfall in the United States.

“The journey from Minus to Zero will not be an easy one,” said Yamazaki. “Right now, we are pouring all of our technology into this new story of desperation and hope to theaters around the world.”

Godzilla Minus One was released in the United States on December 1, 2023. It became the highest-grossing Japanese-produced Godzilla film in North America and ranks among the top three highest-earning foreign-language films in U.S. history.
