Ryan Gosling to Produce ‘Killer Klowns from Outer Space’ Remake

Ryan Gosling is set to produce a Killer Klowns from Outer Space remake for Amazon MGM Studios, according to a report on The Insneider.

Released on May 27, 1988, Killer Klowns from Outer Space was directed by Stephen Chiodo and starred Grant Cramer, Suzanne Snyder, John Allen Nelson, Royal Dano and John Vernon.

The official synopsis of the film reads “A spaceship that looks like a circus tent lands in a field near a small town, signaling the attack of deviant, red-nosed, balloon-twisting psychos from another world who plan to annihilate mankind by turning people into cotton candy! Luckily, the town’s teen citizenry decides to fight back and teach the cosmic bozos a lesson.”

On June 4, 2024, a video game, Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game was released for Windows, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
