Who’s ready to see the first photo of Jenna Ortega as Wednesday Addams from Season 2 of Wednesday? Everyone, of course.

Production on Netflix‘s Wednesday has just concluded, according to a report on Deadline. And even though we’ll have to wait until 2025 to watch the new season, a photo, which can be seen below, of Jenna Ortega as the titular teen was just released.

“This season, Wednesday’s journey is darker and more complex as she navigates family, friends, new mysteries, and old adversaries, propelling her headlong into another year at Nevermore,” showrunners and executive producers Al Gough and Miles Millar told Tudum.

Emma Myers (Enid Sinclair), Joy Sunday (Bianca Barclay), Moosa Mostafa (Eugene), Georgie Farmer (Ajax), and Victor Dorobantu will return alongside Ortega.

Zeta-Jones (Morticia Addams), Guzmán (Gomez Addams), Isaac Ordonez (Pugsley Addams), and Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo (Deputy Ritchie Santiago) have all become series regulars. Jamie McShane (Sheriff Donovan Galpin) and Fred Armisen (Uncle Fester) will also return in guest-starring roles.

Season 2 of the series will arrive on Netflix some time next year. Stay tuned to Horror News Network for more on Wednesday.
