How many of us still think of the infamous logging truck scene from the Final Destination series whenever we see one on the road?
Well, prepare to be traumatized again as Final Destination producer Craig Perry took to social media to drop some valuable information which includes the film’s title.
“After a long, hard slog through the pandemic and the strikes, Day One is finally in the can,” says Perry. “2025 will mark the 25th anniversary of the release of the first installment in the franchise. To honor the occasion with another worldwide theatrical release (in IMAX, no less) is a rare and wonderful thing. See you next year! PS: I know, I know — Pet Sematary: Bloodlines . But this is the title we’ve had for three years, and we’re keeping it… for now.”
The news is quite welcome by fans of the series as the last Final Destination, Final Destination 5 was released on August 12, 2011.
