It looks like Dante’s journey is just getting started.
Netflix has revealed a first look at what’s to come in the second season of Devil May Cry. The preview, which can be seen below, pits brother against brother as Vergil enters the fray.
The official synopsis of the series reads “In this animated adaptation of the popular Capcom game and from the vision of Adi Shankar, sinister forces are at play to open the portal between the human and demon realms. In the middle of it all is Dante, an orphaned demon-hunter-for-hire, unaware that the fate of both worlds hangs around his neck.”
Voice cast for the series includes Johnny Yong Bosch (Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War) as Dante, Scout Taylor-Compton (Halloween) as Mary, Hoon Lee (Banshee, Warrior) as White Rabbit, Kevin Conroy as VP Baines, and Chris Coppola (Beowulf) as Enzo.
