Farewell to a final girl.
We had sad news to report as we have learned that Friday the 13th actress Lar Park Lincoln has passed away, according to a report on Deadline. Lincoln is known to horror fans for her portrayal of final girl Tina Shepard in the 1988’s Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood.
“It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Lar Park Lincoln, celebrated actress, founder of Actors Audition Studios, and America’s beloved Audition Coach, on April 22, 2025,” Actors Audition Studios wrote in the post. “Over her 45-year career, Lar left an unforgettable mark on Hollywood through her dynamic performances and dedication to mentoring aspiring actors.”
In addition to her work on the seventh chapter of Friday the 13th, Lincoln appeared in other horror films such as House II: The Second Story, an episode of Freddy’s Nightmares, and the documentary His Name Was Jason: 30 Years of Friday the 13th.
