Ready for some heart-stopping horror?
Joe Bob Briggs will round out the “supersized” sixth season of his The Last Drive-In horror movie showcases with a Valentine’s Day event on Shudder early next month.
Joe Bob’s Very Violent Valentine will hit Shudder Feb. 9 with the famous host and Darcy the Mail Girl “honoring the lusty sting of Cupid’s arrow with a kinky double-feature of blood, sex and the dark side of love.” As always, the horror pics being screened that day will only be revealed at showtime.
This Valentine’s Day special is expected to wrap up Season 6 of the show, before Briggs and crew head into a new series format in March.
The Last Drive-In began on Shudder back in 2018 in response to Briggs’ successful run on Joe Bob’s Drive-In Theater and MonsterVision. In the current format, Briggs and Darcy (Diana Prince) host two or more horror films–adding in fun facts, singing, comedy, interviews and awards.
