Today’s the perfect day for a Friday the 13th announcement.
Peacock took to Twitter to reveal the first three images from their highly anticipated series Crystal Lake. The network revealed three images, which can be seen below, that are sure to make any fan of the slasher franchise happy.

Linda Cardellini stars as Pamela Voorhees with Callum Vinson playing her adorable son Jason. Nick Cordileone (Warrior), Joy Suprano (Fleishman is in Trouble, Best Foot Forward), Danielle Kotch (Director’s Cut), and Phoenix Parnevik (Bel-Air, Don’t Tell Mom The Babysitter Is Dead) are also featured.
Released on May 9, 1980, Friday the 13th earned $59.8 million at the box office against a budget of nearly $650k. The film, which was written by Victor Miller and directed by Sean S. Cunningham, starred Betsy Palmer, Adrienne King, Harry Crosby, Laurie Bartram, Mark Nelson, Jeannine Taylor, Robbi Morgan, and Kevin Bacon.
