What We Do in the Shadows–the hit FX horror-comedy vampire series–will start shooting its sixth season next month, and Deadline has reported this will be the show’s final go ’round.
The show–created by Jemaine Clement and based on the 2014 feature film from Clement and Taika Waititi–follows the nightly exploits of vampire buddies Nandor (Kayvan Novak), Laszlo (Matt Berry), Nadia (Natasia Demetriou) and Colin (Mark Proksch) “as they navigate the modern world of Staten Island with the help of their human familiar Guillermo (Harvey Guillen).”
The series–led by executive producers Paul Simms, Stefani Robinson, Sam Johnson, Garrett Basch and Eli Bush–has already been nominated for 21 Emmy Awards–including Outstanding Comedy in 2020 and 2022.
