When someone dies, a crow carries their soul to the land of the dead. And with that, Lionsgate has revealed the highly anticipated trailer for their reimagining of the cult classic The Crow.
Based on the comic by James O’Barr, The Crow is directed by Rupert Sanders and stars Bill Skarsgard, FKA twigs, and Danny Huston. The trailer, which is just shy of thee minutes in length, can be seen below.
Soulmates Eric Draven (Skarsgård) and Shelly Webster (FKA twigs) are brutally murdered when the demons of her dark past catch up with them. Given the chance to save his true love by sacrificing himself, Eric sets out to seek merciless revenge on their killers, traversing the worlds of the living and the dead to put the wrong things right.
