Sony Pictures has revealed the first teaser trailer for their adaptation on the Until Dawn video game. The preview, which can be seen below, offers a glimpse into the film’s aesthetic and storytelling approach, as well as insights into the creative vision behind the adaptation. Writer/Producer Gary Dauberman, Director David F. Sandberg, and Peter Stormare share some insight on what we can expect from the film.
Developed by Supermassive Games and published by Sony Computer Entertainment in August of 2015, Until Dawn is an interactive horror game where players assume control of eight young adults who have to survive on Blackwood Mountain when their lives are threatened.
The game features a butterfly effect system, in which players have to make choices. These range from small decisions like picking up a book to moral choices that involve the fates of other characters
