Dead by Daylight’s 2v8 mode has returned and it’s bringing two of the biggest baddies with it. Silent Hill ‘s Pyramid Head and Castlevania’s Dark Lord are set to hunt down players in the Fog.
The official description reads “Dead by Daylight’s 2v8 Game Mode has arisen from the grave, heralding the arrival of SILENT HILL’s Pyramid Head and Castlevania’s Dracula. Joining forces for the first time, their combined presence will smother the Fog with a suffocating layer of fear. Available from November 6, 11AM ET to November 20, 11AM ET.”
The event gives everyone entering the 2v8 queue access to four free characters for its duration. Additionally, Silent Hill’s Cheryl Mason and Castlevania’s iconic vampire hunter Trevor Belmont join the roster, both unlocked and playable for all participants during the event.
Dead by Daylight’s 2v8 update also debuts four new outfits inspired by Konami’s legendary characters. Among them is a Legendary Outfit for Trevor Belmont that transforms him into his descendant, the powerful Richter Belmont. The Dark Lord gains a Very Rare Scorched Terror Outfit, Cheryl Mason receives a Very Rare Awakened Order Outfit, and The Executioner gets the Very Rare Flayed Torturer Outfit.
