A24 has released a second trailer for their highly anticipated film Death of a Unicorn. The preview, which can be seen below, offers a glimpse of what happens to unsuspecting people when a unicorn arrives seeking revenge.
Written and directed by Alex Scharfman, Death of a Unicorn stars Paul Rudd, Jenna Ortega, Will Poulter, Tea Leoni, Richard E. Grant, Anthony Carrigan, Sunita Mani, Jessica Hynes, and Steve Park.
The official synopsis reads “When a man and his daughter accidentally hit and kill a unicorn with their car, his boss tries to exploit the creature’s miraculous curative properties — with horrific results.”
A24, the studio that gave us many genre hits including Talk to Me, Hereditary, Heretic, The Witch and the X series, will premiere their new film at the 2025 South by Southwest on March 8, 2025.
