Fangs for the holidays.

Nosferatu–the remake of the 1922 silent horror classic–will be a yuletide treat for horror fans, according to a report on Deadline.

The Focus Features reboot–written and directed by Robert Eggers–is slated for the big screen Dec. 25, 2024. The stellar cast includes Bill Skarsgard, Lily-Rose Depp, Willem Dafoe, Nicholas Hoult, Emma Corrin, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Simon McBurney and Ralph Ineson.

The feature tells “a gothic tale of obsession between a haunted woman, Ellen (Depp), in 19th-Century Germany and the ancient Transylvanian vampire Count Orlok (Skarsgard) who is stalking her–bringing untold horror with him.”

The original Nosferatu–adapted from Bram Stoker’s iconic Dracula by director F.W. Murnau and screenwriter Henrik Galeen–follows Count Orlok (Max Schreck), a vampire who preys on the wife of his real estate agent and brings a horrifying plague to their town.
