Max has revealed a Season 2 teaser for their hit series The Last of Us. The teaser, which can be seen below, shows Abby holding her gun as she walks down a dark hallway as sirens blare. It ends with Ellie walking down what appears to be the same hallways, pointing a gun.
The official synopsis of the TV series reads “After a global pandemic destroys civilization, a hardened survivor takes charge of a 14-year-old girl who may be humanity’s last hope.”
The Last of Us premiered on January 15, 2023. It received acclaim from critics, who praised the performances, writing, production design, and score; several called it the best adaptation of a video game. It won several awards, including eight Primetime Emmy Awards out of 24 nominations.
