Be sure to give candy to these trick-or-treaters or else!
Much to the delight of horror fans everywhere, NECA revealed series 9 of their popular Ben Cooper figures.
Based on the licensed kids’ costumes from one of the largest Halloween costume manufacturers from the 1950s–‘80s, these fully poseable 6-inch figures perfectly capture the vintage charm of the looks from that era. This wave features NECA’s original designs in the style of Ben Cooper costumes as if they were produced today, reimagining the legendary horror villains Leatherface (Texas Chainsaw Massacre), Michael Myers (Halloween 2), Billy the Puppet (SAW), Pennywise (2017’s IT), and Art the Clown (Terrifier). Wearing a mask and soft goods clothing replicating the vinyl look of classic costumes, each frightful figure comes complete with a movie-specific trick-or-treat bag or pumpkin bucket accessory. Every figure is sold separately and packaged in a numbered, retro-style window box that pays homage to the classic costume packaging.

Released in 2024, Dressing up Halloween: The Story of Ben Cooper, Inc is a documentary that delves into the history of the company that made the classic costumes. The official synopsis of the doc reads “On Halloween the streets were filled with little Draculas, Spider-Mans and Luke Skywalkers, thanks to Ben Cooper, Inc. Learn about the company and their top licenses, including Star Wars, Batman, Masters of the Universe and more.”
