The misunderstood monster comes home.
NECA will debut a new action figure based on Universal Monster’s iconic Frankenstein monster from 1935’s Bride of Frankenstein sequel over the summer. Check out images of the monster and his chair–courtesy of Toyark—on this page.
Pre-orders for the seven-inch scale collectible–priced at $59.99–are now live, aiming for a June release window.
The figure–based on Boris Karloff’s second cinematic appearance as the monster–comes complete with a restraining chair, wrist shackles and chains.Other accessories include a loaf of bread, mug, bowl and interchangeable heads and hands.
Bride of Frankenstein–directed by James Whale–stars Karloff as the monster, Colin Clive as Dr. Frankenstein and Elsa Lanchester in the dual roles of Mary Shelley and the bride.
