Blumhouse and Sony’s Insidious 6 has rounded out more of the cast with Maisie Richardson-Sellers (Nine Perfect Strangers 2), Sam Spruell (Legend) and Island Austin (I Can Only Imagine 2) joining the franchise, according to a report on Deadline.
The newly announced cast members will join Lin Shaye and Amelia Eve who are set to lead the sixth installment of the horror franchise.
Production is expected to start very soon with Jacob Chase set to direct off a script he wrote with David Leslie Johnson.
The Insidious franchise ranks among the most successful horror series to date, generating more than $740 million at the worldwide box office.
The film is produced by Jason Blum, Oren Peli, James Wan and Leigh Whannell, with executive producers Ryan Turek, Steven Schneider, Brian Kavanaugh-Jones and Johnson.
