‘Immaculate’ Gets March Release Date, Drops Frightening Trailer

“Suffering…suffering…suffering.”

Immaculate–a new horror entry from Black Bear Pictures–now has a springtime release window, and a red band trailer dropped this week. Check out the chilling video on this page.

The film–set for theaters March 22–is directed by Michael Mohan from a screenplay by Andrew Lobel, and stars Sydney Sweeney, Simona Tabasco, Alvaro Morte, Benedetta Porcaroli and Dora Romano.

Immaculate follows Cecilia (Sweeney)–“a woman of devout faith”–who is offered a new role at an Italian convent. But, once there, it becomes clear to the young woman “that her new home harbors dark and horrifying secrets.”

Sweeney also produced the movie–along with Jonathan Davino, Teddy Schwarzman and Michael Helmler. The executive producers include John Friedberg, Christopher Casanova and Will Greenfield.
