Another year, another Horror Comic Award for Szymon Kudranski.
When you pick up a title that features the artwork of Szymon Kudranski, there’s no question as to what you’ll get. The longtime artist received his first big break into the world of comics when Steve Niles asked him to draw a story featured in the 2004’s 30 Days Of Night Annual. Since that time, the world has taken notice of his compelling work.
This year, comic fans had the pleasure of seeing his work featured in the Spawn spinoff, Sam and Twitch Case Files. Kudranski’s style is a grast fit for the book which mixes real life horror and mystery.
The official synopsis of the series reads “Prepare to delve into a world of murder, intrigue, and deception as our two distinguished detectives are entangled in a web of mysteries. Just when they thought they had solved a previous case, a shocking discovery reveals a hidden connection, leading them down a path they never expected.”
Kudranski has previously won the Horror Comic Award for Artist of the Year in 2022 for his work on A Town Called Terror.
Congratulations to Szymon Kudranski for winning the 2024 Horror Comic Award for Artist of the Year.
