“Look, he’s after me too! I got a letter.”
Ray Bronson just might be close to getting another letter as Freddie Prinze Jr. revealed that both sides are getting closer to a deal that would allow him to reprise his role in I Know What You Did Last Summer, according to a report on Deadline.
“Nothing’s a lock until there’s ink on paper, until the contract’s signed, but I’m definitely talking to them,” Prinze Jr. told Us Weekly recently. “And if we can make everything work — and I know they wanna make everything work, I know I wanna make everything work — then we’ll try and make it work. But we gotta make sure everyone’s schedules fit.”
Just last week we reported that the film has found its new leads in Camila Mendes, Madelyn Cline, Sarah Pidgeon, Tyriq Withers and Jonah Hauer-King.
The reboot is slated to arrive in theaters on July 18, 2025. Keep it locked to Horror News Network for more on I Know What You Did Last Summer.
