Entertainment Weekly unveiled the first press photo of Pennywise the Clown from Stephen King’s It today. Bill Skarsgard will play the evil clown (originally played by Tim Curry) in the remake due out on September 8, 2017. Andres Muschietti, best known for the 2013 horror film Mama, will direct. The film is planned as a two part story; the first film will focus on the demonic clown terrorizing the cast as children and the second film will focus on the adults coming together to deal with the after-effects of their spoiled childhoods and face their greatest fears.
