Starting in January, we will first offer spaces to vendors and businesses interested in sponsoring the event. Those who choose to be sponsors will be guaranteed a spot at the show.
If additional spaces remain after the sponsor period has ended, we will open them for vendor application. The application period will remain open for approximately 3 weeks, and vendor spots will then be assigned through a lottery system.
Please be aware that we only allow a certain amount of vendors to sell the same product. For example, if we have three vendors selling candles, we won’t allow another candle vendor, etc. We will get in touch with you after your reviewing your vendor application to let you know if you’re accepted. If you’re accepted, you will need to pay immediately as spaces go fast and we can’t hold spots.
Here’s some additional important info to know prior to filling out the vendor application form.
- Standard vendor space is 8′ wide x 6′ deep. It will include a 6′ tables and 2 chairs. Please keep your wares within that area. Some vendor spots may have drape behind them to separate them from other vendors, while some will not.
- $325 per space. The maximum amount of spaces one vendor can buy is 2. We will let you know if you were accepted prior to asking for payment.
- This will be a sprawling hotel show, so you could be in a room that’s not in a main area, but we will do our best to direct traffic to every single area; please be aware of this prior to deciding to submit an application.
- Vendor load-in will be on Friday. We will not be offering load-ins after that.
- Electric and wifi are NOT free. If you’re accepted as a vendor, we can get you in touch with the hotel.

- Please note that being a vendor this year does not automatically get you in next year as our layout may change causing less vendor space.
