“Who would move into a murder house?”
Peacock unveiled the official trailer for its reimagining of the beloved ’80s horror classic The ‘Burbs. The preview, which can be seen below, shows that strange things are afoot in the safest town in America.
The official synopsis of the film reads “Set in present-day suburbia, The ‘Burbs follows a young couple returning to the husband’s childhood home. Their world is upended when new neighbors move in next door, bringing old secrets of the cul-de-sac to light, and new deadly threats shatter the illusion of their quiet little neighborhood.”
Keke Palmer, Jack Whitehall, Julia Duffy, Paula Pell, Mark Proksch, Kapil Talwalkar will serve as regulars in the 8-episode series.
