As part on its promotional campaign, Clown in a Cornfield has brought an actual cornfield maze to San Diego Comic-Con. Horror fans can experience the film’s Founder’s Day Parade celebration and will have an opportunity, or more appropriately challenge, to get away from Frendo and his wrath. Similar to an escape room, attendees need to find a key to free themselves. Once free from the maze, attendees can enjoy the festival-like atmosphere which includes prizes for the winners.
Clown in a Cornfield will have its streaming debut on Shudder and AMC+ on August 8, 2025.

Film Synopsis: Quinn and her father have just moved to the quiet town of Kettle Springs hoping for a fresh start. Instead, she discovers a fractured community that has fallen on hard times after the treasured Baypen Corn Syrup Factory burned down. As the locals bicker amongst themselves and tensions boil over, a sinister, grinning figure emerges from the cornfields to cleanse the town of its burdens, one bloody victim at a time. Welcome to Kettle Springs. The real fun starts when Frendo the clown comes out to play.
