Here it is, another Ghostface victim.
Celeste O’Connor (Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire) is the newest addition to the cast of Scream 7, according to a report on Deadline.
O’Connor has also appeared in Wetlands, Irreplaceable, Selah and the Spades, Freaky, Ghostbusters: Afterlife, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, The In Between, A Good Person, and Madame Web.
O’Connor will join Neve Campbell (who announced her return to the franchise back in March of 2024), and Isabel May who has been cast as Sidney Prescott’s daughter. While O’Connors role is undisclosed at this time, we suspect that she will be playing a friend of May’s character.
The previous film in the franchise, Scream VI, was released on March 10, 2023, and earned $169 million at the box office against a budget of only $35 million.
